1.1. To promote sport development opportunities for the BNSC in the various sporting codes in the region, through its National Sport Associations (NSAs) as well as facilitating capacity building in the areas of coaching, refereeing/umpiring, adjudication and any other such essential field for the development of the code.
1.2. Key Performance Areas
1.2.1. Facilitation of development of Technical Officials and Administrators of the different sport codes
1.2.2. Quality delivery of sport development program
1.2.3. Successful participation of Regional teams/ clubs in national events
1.2.4. Monitoring of NSA’s development plans in liaison with the Sport Development Officers specific or Technical Directors
1.3. Qualifications
1.3.1. A Bachelor’s Degree in sport development/ physical education /or related field. Possession of Internationally recognized Technical Qualifications /Licenses, e.g. Coaching, Umpiring etc. will be an added advantage liaison
1.4. Experience
1.4.1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sport promotion environment, with technical knowledge of various sporting codes in general.
