Reporting to the CEO, the incumbent will provide legal counsel as well as company secretarial services to the Commission and the Board. Further the incumbent will be responsible for legal and regulatory compliance as well as corporate governance of the BNSC.

Advice on BNSC legal operational compliance.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB), admitted to practice in the courts of Botswana as an attorney
LLM would be an added advantage
Membership of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries would be an added advantage.
Experience
At least 7 years post qualification legal experience, of which at least (3) years should have been served in a corporate environment.
