MANAGER STRATEGY: RE-ADVERTISEMENT

1. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer the incumbent will be responsible for strategic planning, identifying opportunities for a competitive advantage and ensuring operational effectiveness.

2. Keep Performance Areas
   1. Support the development & implementation of the long-term organisational strategy.
      1. Identify strategic threats and opportunities.
      2. Align departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organisational strategy.
      3. Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, and stakeholders.
      4. Monitor and reporting on projects.
      5. Oversee the implementation of a change management programme

3. Qualifications
   1. Bachelor of Management or related, the candidate must be Balance Scorecard proficient with a Master of Strategic Management or related as an added advantage.

4. Experience
   1. At least 7 years’ experience in strategic planning, change management and research, 3 of which should have been at Senior Officer level.

5. Competencies
   1. Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.

      3. Outstanding research and analytical abilities
