1.3. Qualifications
1.3.1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, or related field. Project Management qualification will be an added advantage.
1.4. Experience
1.4.1. Minimum five (5) years of working experience in the Estate Management field, with 2 years at a supervisory level.
1.5. Competencies
1.5.1. Sound knowledge of relevant health and safety codes.
1.5.2. Familiarity with maintenance requirements of old and new buildings.
1.5.3. Outstanding negotiating and decision-making skills.
1.5.4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
1.5.5. Capacity to juggle multiple demands.
Ability to tend to emergencies outside of normal working hours.
