1.1. Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant the incumbent will be responsible for strategic planning, identifying opportunities for a competitive advantage and ensuring operational effectiveness.
1.2. Keep Performance Areas
1.2.1. Support the development & implementation of the long-term organisational strategy.
1.2.2. Identify strategic threats and opportunities.
1.2.3. Align departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organisational strategy.
1.2.4. Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, and stakeholders.
1.2.5. Monitor and reporting on projects.
1.2.6. Oversee the implementation of a change management programme
1.3. Qualifications
1.3.1. Bachelor of Management or related Balance Scorecard proficient with a Master of Strategy Management as an added advantage.
1.4. Experience
1.4.1. At least 7 years’ experience in strategic planning, change management and research, 3 of which should have been at management level.
1.5. Competencies
1.5.1. Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
1.5.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
1.5.3. Strong organizational and planning skills.
