SPORT DEVELOPMENT TECHNICAL OFFICER- LOBATSE

Reporting directly to the Sport Development Manager Technical the incumbent will be responsible for promoting sport development opportunities for the BNSC in the region, through National Sport Associations (NSA’s) as well as facilitating mass participation in sport

1. Keep Performance Areas
   1. Monitoring of BNSC sport development programs.
      1. Promotion of mass participation in sport and wellness activities.
      2. Talent identification and development.
      3. Strong liaison with stakeholders in areas of sport development.

3. Qualifications
   1. Bachelor’s Degree in sport development/ physical education /or related field. Possession of Internationally recognised Technical Qualifications /Licenses, e.g. Coaching, Umpiring etc, will be an added advantage

4. Experience
   1. Minimum 5 years with technical knowledge of various sporting codes in general.
