Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), regulations and processes as well as providing advice to the Chief Executive Officer on any procurement in the Commission.

- Effective pre-adjudication and recommendation of tender awards to the Chief Executive Officer.

- Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain and Materials Management or equivalent business related qualification, with Full CIPS qualification and a Masters as an added advantage.
- At least 7 years of post-qualification experience including a minimum of 3 years in a comparable supervisory level. Membership of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) is required.
